Enterprise Support subscribers are assigned a dedicated account team comprised of an Account Solutions Executive, and Client Solutions Engineer. You benefit from having access to Nirvanix representatives who have worked with you and are familiar with your enterprise and implementation.
Nirvanix also offers direct access to Client Solutions Engineers and Developer Advocates during and after the initial engagement to help integrate Nirvanix products and services into any existing storage environment. Whether you choose to develop directly against the Nirvanix API or make use of the award-winning CloudNAS application, you will have direct access to the appropriate support resource.
All Enterprise customers have access to an integrated support ticketing system directly from the Nirvanix Management Portal. Through the ticketing system you can enter a support request or lookup an existing ticket to check on the status of a resolution.
